At Collège des Frères Jerusalem, our Faculty of Hotel Management prepares students for careers in the growing fields of hospitality and tourism. Rooted in academic excellence and the unique cultural setting of Jerusalem, our program blends theory with hands-on experience to form professionals ready to serve both the local community and international visitors.

  • Food & Beverage Management – restaurants, catering, events, and customer care.

  • Culinary Arts – cooking skills, menu planning, food safety, and nutrition.

  • Business Foundations – marketing, accounting, and entrepreneurship.

  • Languages & Communication – Arabic, Hebrew, English, and French to connect with visitors from all over the world.

  • Practical Training – internships and service days in our training restaurant, guided by industry professionals.
