  • Hospitality Management – principles of hotel operations, front office, housekeeping, and guest services.

  • Food & Beverage Management – restaurant operations, catering, event planning, and customer service.

  • Culinary Arts – professional cooking techniques, menu design, food safety, and nutrition.

  • Business Foundations – marketing, accounting, human resources, and entrepreneurship.

  • Languages & Communication – English, Arabic, Hebrew, and French for international hospitality.

  • Practical Training – students gain hands-on experience through internships and service days at our fully equipped training restaurant.
