Providing new teachers with close guidance to help them understand school policies and integrate effectively into the staff. Supervisors collaborate with subject coordinators to address academic challenges through qualitative assessments and tailored action plans. -
Special Education Collaboration:
Our department works closely with the special education team to monitor and support students with varying abilities. By identifying challenges and implementing innovative solutions, we ensure every student can achieve their potential. -
Classroom Management:
Recognizing the importance of classroom dynamics, we actively monitor teaching practices, providing constructive feedback and conducting workshops to enhance both strengths and areas of improvement. -
